Robbed By Your Fitness Center? Probably…

Hey San Antonio,

They sure swipe your card every month, whether you go or not. They lock you into a bogus contract that is harder to get out of than a life prison sentence.

What do you get out of it? Parking pains? Sweaty equipment? Waiting for a machine? A pain in the ***?

For most people, fitness centers and gym memberships are NOT a bargain. EVERYONE signs up with the intention of losing weight and transforming their bodies, but FEW actually ever change.

Why?

Well, first and foremost, people are simply overwhelmed by all of the bells and whistles, yet they have no clue how to put a workout program together. With no regulation in the personal training industry and the fitness centers’ outrageous profit on hiring sub-par personal trainers, you simply aren’t going to get the guidance you need (they charge the same as high-end personal trainers, but pay their trainers next to nothing – hmmmmm).

Being locked into a contract is a pain as well, and they guarantee that they’re going to get at least a certain amount of money out of you, whether you use their facility or not.

Finally, there’s no accountability. If you don’t show up or eat right, do you think they care?

We have a very high level of success – you pay for the sessions you use, no contracts (or monthly gym fees, we use our personal training studio) and we hold our clients very accountable while teaching them how to eventually do everything on their own. No catch – our job is simply to make you look better fast (and learn how to do it on your own).

Don’t be ripped off by Gold’s, Lifetime, or Spectrum – they’re never going to tell you the truth!
