These are our most popular personal training packages. Each package is all-inclusive with full nutritional program guidance, goal setting and assessment and 24/7 access to your personal trainer with any question you may have so you never have to guess.
Typically, individuals choose to meet with their personal trainer 2-3 times per week depending on their schedule and budget, however, we set no minimums nor maximums, as every situation is different. Sessions do not expire, and there is no time limit on how long you have to complete your sessions.

In reality, many individuals can make amazing progress in 12-15 weeks of consistent training while practicing healthy nutritional habits. Others will choose to go beyond “amazing progress” and will be determined to reach their maximum fitness potential, whether it be their lowest possible body fat, reach their absolute natural potential for muscle gain or strength, or even prepare for a bodybuilding for fitness related competition. Of course, some simply prefer the accountability that their personal trainer provides. Your goals? If you’re interested in athletic competition preparation, we can design a program for you to follow to maximize your performance for your sport, no matter what it may be. We have extensive backgrounds in training for bodybuilding and powerlifting competitions, football, baseball, basketball, volleyball, track and field, golf, cycling, marathons and any other sport you may be interested in.
Online Personal Training Programs
How do I differ from other online personal trainers?
-All of my programs include complete nutritional guidance, custom-made and based on your fitness levels and goals. There are no cookie cutter programs, and I pay attention to every attribute of your program, from progression, micro and macro-nutrient breakdown from a nutritional standpoint, supplementation, cardio and recovery.
-I limit the number of people I train online to offer my current online personal training clients to maximize my ability to offer my clients the maximum amount of attention and guidance.
-I stay in constant contact with all clients via IM Webcamming, telephone, email, and text messaging. I also use videos to ensure that each client is using perfect form and practicing each exercise in a safe and effective manner.
-I train individuals from all walks of life, from competitive athletes (bodybuilders, power lifters and from nearly every sport, models, stay at home mothers, college students and busy professionals). Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, overall physique transformation, or athletic performance, I can design a program that will maximize your results.
-I am very selective about who I train. I only want those individuals who are willing to do exactly what I say – no excuses. I have a very high level of accountability and I need for every potential client has to understand that a well-designed program is a small piece of the formula: without hard work and consistency, the best of fitness programs will mean nothing.
With the amount of attention I give each client, my rates are extremely fair. With that being said, slots are limited and I accept clients on a case by case basis.
